Angorichina
Station
With 250 square miles of
spectacular country in the Flinders Ranges, Angorichna is a medium sized
(!) outback sheep station run by Ian and Di Fargher. As the third
generation of Farghers on the property, they know the country better than
anyone and will welcome you into their home, the old stone homestead at

Arkaba
Station
Nestled at the foot of the Elder Range, Arkaba Station is the home of Dean
and Lizzie Rasheed, whose family have long been part of the region’s
history.
The station provides some of the most spectacular panoramas in Australia,

overland telegraph line was built in 1884, revolutionizing communications

was with the team. With their station encompassing half a million acres of

Portee
Station
Edward John Eyre, one of Australia’s greatest explorers first settled
Portee as a sheep grazing property in 1841. The station remains a
commercial sheep property of over 40,000 acres and while Eyre’s old
homestead no longer stands, the current homestead, built almost 130 years
ago, is one of the most picturesque properties on the Murray. |

Puunyart, one of Victoria’s oldest properties, has been farmed by the
Wilson family since the 1930s. You can spend the day seeing the daily
activities of this 2,500 acre property, watching sheep dogs at work,
seeing the shearing in season and learning how to select the finest
