ANGORICHNA STATION

Family Sheep Property in the Flinders Ranges

With 250 square miles of spectacular country in the Flinders Ranges, Angorichna is a medium sized (!) outback sheep station run by Ian and Di Fargher. As the third generation of Farghers on the property, they know the country better than anyone and will welcome you into their home, the old stone homestead at Angorichna, and show you the secret spots on their property. Whether it is joining Ian as he checks the bores on the property or explains the business of running sheep in such arid and hard conditions, or sitting one evening in one of Angorichna’s gorges, in the hope of spotting the elusive Yellow-footed Rock wallaby, you will have the place to yourself and the chance to experience life on a beautiful outback station.
