**Minimum
Stays
Due to the remote location of the property we have a minimum stay
requirement of 3 nights in the low season and at other peak times we require a 7
night booking.
***Additional
Guests
The property caters for up to 6 Adults. By special request we may
allow children to stay over the maximum number of 6 adults.
Deposit
and Payment Policy
A 25%
deposit is required to confirm a booking but for Christmas bookings we require a
50% deposit. The Balance is due 30 days prior to your
arrival
date except for Christmas or school holiday bookings where we require the balance within 60 days.
Cancellation
Policy
Should you cancel your booking at any stage prior to paying the balance we
retain the deposit. However, you are entitled to have this deposit
credited to a future booking should you book within 6 months of your
original arrival date. Cancellations made after payment of the balance outstanding are
not refundable.
Means of Payment
We
accept Mastercard, Visa Card and Diners and also the other usual forms of
payment. Credit cards will attract additional charges as we pass on
the merchant fees.
No Pets and No Smoking
As the
property is within the boundary of a National Park pets are
not allowed. We do not allow smoking within the house and actively
discourage smoking around the house due to the sometimes extreme fire risk.
